Terms and Conditions

With your signature, you declare that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions contained in the service agreement. In addition, by signing you authorize our technician to install the equipment at your location for the purpose of subscribing to the services. All equipment remains the property of Bijou Telephone Co-op or its subsidiary, Eastern Colorado Independent Networks, LLC, and must be returned upon termination of service. If you do not return the equipment, you will be billed the retail value of the equipment as determined by us.

Special Notices to All Customers Concerning Interruptions in Service

It is our goal to maintain a high level of reliability in your internet service. We do, however, experience network outages from time to time which can prevent the sending and receiving of email for brief periods. The Service Agreement, to which you will be bound by signing, limits and disclaims our liabilities to you and prevents the recovery of lost profits or other damages caused by interruptions in service. If your needs require a guaranty of uninterrupted email service, no matter how brief, please note that we are not able to provide such a guaranty.
